Life, Love and Intimacy Workshop Series 

This day long, interactive workshop will teach you the foundations of Tantric philosophy and offer tools and practices to enhance connection with yourself and your partner.  We will play with masculine/feminine dynamics, breathe work, and energy work which will help you relax and enjoy your relationships on a whole new level.

LLI Part II of the series will focus on individual Tantric practices for awakening and development.  While Tantric practices often work with the dynamic between men and women, and therefore contribute to a higher quality of sexual and love relationships in your life, it also focuses on the balance of the masculine and feminine within each individual.  This inner balance is the real foundation of a naturally polarized and dynamic sexual relationship.  Life, Love and Intimacy, Part II, will focus on personal practice, and how it contributes to your relationships.

LLI Part III will utilize the foundation of individual and relationship practice, bringing it to the next level of intimacy-Tantric massage.  Only couples or partners who feel comfortable working with each other in an intimate capacity will be accepted in this workshop.  We will also explore more advanced Tantric practices.

While we encourage participation in all three parts of the series, it is not required.  The workshops are designed to both stand alone and build on one another.

However, if you are interested in Part III and are unable to participate in either Part I or II, we will need to speak with you before registration in order to discuss the nature and boundaries of the workshop/training.

Denise Greenfield has worked in the field of relationship and intimacy for the past ten years, teaching and coaching thousands of men, women and couples on their path to greater intimacy and joy in relationship.  Her work integrates classic and contemporary Tantra, Taoism, bodywork, and psychology.  She facilitates and creates a space of acceptance and openness, the foundations of true intimacy.

Sasha is one of our newest Essence Tantra practitioners. While she is new to Tantric Retreat, she is not new to Tantra.  Her search for unity between sexuality and spirituality led her away from a traditionally ascetic path into the exciting and energetic world of Tantra.  She has studied extensively at an esoteric Tantric yoga school based in Thailand, as well as through various workshops and modalities in the U.S. and abroad.  She brings a soft sensuality and playful spirit to her sessions, along with a wealth of understanding.  She is passionate about activating the force of the divine masculine and feminine within, and using this energy to create pleasure, healing and relaxation.

 Tantra for Couples

 We have both male and female practitioners on staff at our Temple in Asheville, NC and can now offer sessions facilitated by a practicing Tantric Couple. We offer two and three hour Couples sessions as well as weekend Couples retreats. Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are offered by appointment only.  

 Through the month of May, a special discount will apply for a unique 1.5 hour session facilitated by Denise Greenfield and one other practitioner. This session is recommended for returning Couples needing a refresher, or for Couples interested in learning more information about Tantra basics. 

 Special 1.5 hr session for couples is a donation of $320.

 Tantra sessions are also now available in your home for local Asheville, NC couples!

Tantra for Women

 Be honored, loved, and awakened to the divine, sensual goddess you truly are. Work with a male Tantrik to enhance polarity and channel masculine/feminine energy, or choose a female Tantrika with whom you can play in the sensuality of femininity.
