At Global City Cards, we do our best to supply you with really useful must-have products. It can be really hard work but we always persevere. Customer Service is never far from our mind. We do not hide behind a screen with no phone number. Call us or email us, we will always answer quickly and efficiently. We wanted to give you a quick reminder on a few important and useful features available on our platform affectionately called Panda .

Adding delivery addresses Sometimes you may want to send goods directly to your clients or to one of your branches. To do this you have to enter their delivery address into Panda. Go to the General tab and choose My Delivery addresses. Click on Add New on the top left hand corner. Fill in the field and you're good to go. When you place your next order, all the delivery addresses created will be made available for selection. Adding/Deleting user access It's really easy to add or delete user access. Go to the General tab and choose Users. Click on Add New on top of the list on the left and fill in the fields. To delete a user, click on the little yellow pen next to the user you want to delete and untick Enable user in the fields on the right.  It is important that you delete users who have left your company.

Your Balance If you have a deposit with us you can see your balance at the top of the page next to your name once logged into Panda. Make sure you never run out of credit by checking it regularly.
