You did it! The October matching challenge goal has been smashed!

An anonymous family challenged our community to a fundraising match. They agreed to match all gifts in October up to $10,000.

Well, not only has the GCC community stepped up, donating more than $7,000 by mid-month , but a foundation made a gift of $5,000, taking us more than $2,000 over the original $10,000 goal. Then, amazingly, the anonymous donor family agreed to match that, too!

As of today, the $20,000 original goal sits at $24,409! See all the donations and comments here.

Because Gales Creek Camp is committed to making summer camp affordable and accessible to all children living with type 1 diabetes, the work is never done. If you're considering making a donation to camp this year, please know that it is still needed.

The GCC Foundation works year-around to raise the critical funds that cover the costs of camp--from food to pool toys, and from road gravel to roof repair.

Gales Creek Camp for Children with Diabetes is a 67-year project that has been passed from generation to generation. We thank you for joining us in this important stewardship.
