Meet Our New Medical Secretary Linda Leal
Linda came to Mission of Mercy in November 2018 as a volunteer. She volunteered in our clinic office doing things such as scheduling patient visits, filing and data entry. Linda worked a whooping 825 hours in the year she was volunteering.

When we were in need of a part-time Medical Secretary for our medical clinic, we knew Linda would be the perfect fit! She officially started with Mission of Mercy December 2, 2019. Some of her duties include assisting our Nursing Director in the clinic, helping patients with the Prescription Assistance Program and handling requests for medical records.

Linda says, "I love working here and working with the patients. I enjoy helping them get their medications for free and helping them anyway I can. Everyone here is like one big family."

Linda has lived in Corpus Christi since she was 5. She has 6 children and 11 grandchildren and her hobbies include reading, playing Chalupa and walking.

We are glad to have Linda join our Mission of Mercy team!
