Strategic thinkers need a wide range of skills to move from a new way of thinking to action. Finely honed communication skills are key and we have some blogs on that Another important skill is working with others to bring about change. That’s a big topic, and we’ll start today by looking at the key ingredients for a successful change.

T.E.A.M. Communication Styles ® - You've gotten the report ... now what?
