Acknowledge Your Boundaries and Ensure Others Acknowledge Them Too!

What are boundaries and why are they important?

Boundaries are a form of self-care that allows for people to separate themselves from others whether that be in the context of their needs, physical space, emotions, or responsibilities. Boundaries help people to feel respected and safe while informing others on what is acceptable behavior.

Come to our office and grab a Boundary Bear!
