Women's Leadership News | November 2016
Thankful for Our Mentors
Mentoring Matters.

Whether moving from the classroom to the workplace, or advancing in our careers, all of us need mentors.

By giving time, sharing wisdom, and connecting one-on-one, mentors make a difference. They give us a safe space to ask questions, encouragement when things go wrong, and confidence to toot our own horn. They remind us that we are not alone even if we are the only woman in the room.

We are grateful to all who take time out of their busy lives to give back to our community and support women's leadership. On this Thanksgiving holiday, we give thanks to you.
The WINGS Mentoring Program
"It was inspiring to be around so many accomplished women and hear their stories. I feel better prepared to enter the corporate world. WINGS provided us with an invaluable learning experience and I will be forever grateful."
- Melissa Koffie, Mentee, WINGS Mentoring Program
WINGS students Elise Millrod, Delilah Garcia, and Caitlin Brady joined their Wells Fargo Mentors at New York Common Pantry for a day of Giving Back on November 16, 2016.
The Alison R. Bernstein Media Mentoring Program
"Seeing the work that my mentors are doing is inspiring. It's also opened up doors for meeting other like-minded women."
- Ladina Lane, Mentee, ARB Media Mentoring Program
Rutgers alumnae Jillian Fiore, Justine Del Gaudio, and Georeen Tanner connect with our ARB Media Mentoring community at Betaworks Studio in New York.
Your support benefits students and the opportunities that transform them.  Celebrate mentoring by giving on November 29!
