Collaboration in Action

Collaboration is one of the Chamber’s greatest strengths. When organizations work together, the result is stronger businesses, stronger programs, and a stronger community.

We saw that firsthand at this week's Morning Mixer organized by MassAbility hosted at the MassHire Metro North Workforce Board. Nearly 40 people gathered to connect, share ideas, and learn more about the important work these organizations are doing together—and the energy in the room was palpable.

We’re also proud to partner with MassHire on the New Biz Program, a workforce initiative helping Malden’s immigrant community build entrepreneurship and small business skills.

And we’re excited to collaborate with the City of Malden and MassDevelopment through the Transformative Development Initiative (TDI), which will bring new economic development resources and on-the-ground support to downtown Malden over the next three years.

These partnerships demonstrate the power of working together—and your Chamber membership helps make it possible. When you invest in the Chamber, you’re helping build the connections, programs, and opportunities that strengthen Malden’s entire business community.

Thank you for partnering with us,

Introducing our new Dues Invoicing Process

We’re happy to share that the Chamber is streamlining our invoicing process through a new partnership with Om Labs.

What’s different?

All of our email invoices — including Membership Renewal invoices — will now be labeled as coming from Om Labs. Don’t worry, though — it’s still us on the other end!

Why we like it...

This new system allows for:

  • Multiple payment options, including easy credit card payments through Stripe
  • Subscription and annual recurring payment options

What it means for you...

  • More flexible payment options
  • Simple, secure online credit card payments for dues
  • The option to opt in to recurring payments, so you don’t have to keep track of due dates

We hope you like this update as much as we do!

As always, we’re happy to answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to reach out to us anytime at info@maldenchamber.org.
