The definition of the word process is "a series of actions or steps taken to achieve a particular end."
We hear the expression "trust the process" a lot.
Proverbs 3-5:6 (NIV) instructs us to "trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways submit to him and he will make your paths straight."
It is a process to find a job. A process that comes with many emotions. A process that can be long and lonely, especially if you're new in town or are changing careers. Or both.
Marjorie moved to Florida from Wisconsin to care for her elderly mother. Her mother needs her, but Marjorie also needs a job.
Marjorie has a background as a special education teacher but didn't know where to look. She was open to a new career, but leaning on her own understanding in the job search wasn't working for her. She turned to Christian HELP.
When a client comes to Christian HELP for job search assistance, there is a process that they go through to find a job. It is not one size fits all, as no two clients are alike. Each client receives individualized attention.

That’s what Marjorie is getting for as long as it takes.
BECAUSE OF YOU, Marjorie will have a coach equipping her for her job search with all the tools, knowledge, and confidence she’ll need to find the right fit for her.
Your generosity pays for the process, as well as the results, and now, until the end of April, your gifts are matched up to $50,000!
