Our first-ever Tree Ambassadors are wrapping up their work organizing in their communities to plant and care for trees in heat vulnerable, low canopy neighborhoods this month. City Plants paired up with Cal State LA's Community Impact Media Documentary team to share this new program with the world. It's been an incredible nine months working with the project team and Tree Ambassadors. Late last year, we gathered under an old oak tree to learn about the urgent need to understand, preserve, and steward native landscapes and trees from Nicholas Hummingbird.
