The Functional Needs Assessment Workshop will be held from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., on Tuesday, October 30. This workshop will be located in the Republic Bank Community Room at 9600 Brownsboro Road, Louisville, KY 40241. Lunch will be provided.
The Functional Needs Assessment Workshop will explore the Functional Needs Assessment (FNA) as required in the regulations for operating an Assisted Living Community. In 2014, a Task Force was appointed to determine best practices in completing the Functional Needs Assessments for Assisted Living Community residents. Two members of this task force will be the presenters for this workshop. They, along with the other task force members, have developed best practices for completing the Functional Needs Assessments and will share them with the group. They will provide answers to frequently asked questions and share case studies. A question and answer session will conclude the workshop.
The Cost?
The cost for KSLA Members is $60 for the first registrant and $40 for each additional registrant from the same community. The cost for KSLA Non-Members is $80 for each registrant.
