Familiarisation Visit For MWT Members Sat 24th July @ Corris Mine Explorers
CORRIS MINE EXPLORERS ARE OFFERING COMPLIMENTARY MINE EXPLORATIONS NEXT SATURDAY 24 JULY FOR MWT MEMBERS

The Maxi Mine Explorer Trip will run from 1pm to 3pm and you will get to experience one of their fabulous award winning underground explorations (Corris Mine Explorers won the award for Best Activity / Experience 2019/20 in our Mid Wales Tourism Awards).

After getting kitted up (all equipment will be supplied) you will make a short walk to the mine entrance before venturing underground and following the route of entry hand dug by Victorian Miners. There will the optional use of ropes and ladders to navigate your way through the mine.

During the exploration, their new Mine Guide Tim will be formally assessed and genuine explorers are needed on the trip as a part of this assessment.
