Key takeaways will include:

  • The importance of distinguishing respect and dignity with young people
  • How the pursuit of status and “earned prestige” affects young people’s motivation
  • Key strategies for providing “wise” feedback that resonates with young people
  • Strategies for adults to develop effective mindsets to support young people
  • Effective communication scripts to avoid power struggles and misunderstandings with young people, and how to repair relationships if either occur
  • How to have difficult conversations with capacity and maintain dignity for oneself and others

About the speaker

Rosalind has never felt like she had a job. Instead, she has been on a quest; to help people put words to experiences they struggle to articulate and bring dignity back into our families, schools, work, and communities. As a global thought leader, she speaks on leadership, conflict, communication, and youth culture. Read more here.

We look forward to seeing you on December 11th!
