Finding qualified employees continues to be a challenge for many businesses. What if there were a program designed to help connect local employers with individuals who are actively considering relocating to our community?

The City of Black River Falls has partnered with MakeMyMove to attract new residents and connect qualified job seekers with employment opportunities in our area.

The Black River Area Chamber of Commerce invites business owners, managers, and human resource professionals to join us for a special informational session to learn how this partnership could benefit your business.

What You'll Learn:

• How MakeMyMove attracts potential employees who are interested in relocating to Black River Falls.
• How local employers can connect with candidates looking for employment opportunities.
• How eligible relocating individuals may qualify for incentive packages valued at up to $8,000.
• How the program supports employers and candidates throughout the recruitment and relocation process.
• How your business can participate at no additional cost during the funded program term.

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and learn how this program could work for your business.

Prefer to attend alongside other local business owners and representatives? You're welcome to join us at the Chamber!

The virtual meeting will be displayed live in the Chamber's Conference Room, allowing attendees to watch and participate in the presentation together.

Chamber staff will be on-site to help facilitate the session, assist with the virtual connection, and relay questions from those attending in person to the MakeMyMove presenters during the Q&A portion.

This is a great option for anyone who would rather not connect individually or would like to participate in a group setting. The presenters will be joining virtually, but Chamber staff will be available in person to help make the session interactive and informative.
