Hi Providers,

We're excited to share that Tandem, the partner behind our fee-free substitute pool, is hosting an in-person Provider Happy Hour for child care programs across Pasco and Hernando counties, and you're invited!

This is a great opportunity to meet the Tandem team face to face, ask your staffing questions, and connect with other directors and owners in our community. Drinks and appetizers are on Tandem.

Event Details:

✓ Date: Thursday, November 5, 2026

✓ Time: 6:00 to 8:00 PM ET

✓ Location: Stillwaters Tavern Bexley - Land O' Lakes

16729 Focus Lp, Land O' Lakes, FL 34638

Why Attend:

✓ Learn how to book vetted, state-compliant substitutes for call-outs, vacations, breaks, and last-minute gaps

✓ Hear how Tandem's service fee is fully covered by ELC Pasco-Hernando, so you pay only the substitute's hourly wage

✓ Get help setting up your free account or posting your first shift

✓ Ask about the permanent hiring pathway after 120 onsite hours

✓ Connect with fellow child care leaders over drinks and appetizers
