YOU ARE INVITED

YOU Made An Impact!

You are invited to attend the Virginia PTA Annual Meeting on May 16-17, 2025.

ALL local unit and council PTA officers, committee chairs, and committee members are encouraged to attend!

At Virginia PTA's All-Unit Annual Meeting you will:

  • Celebrate your volunteer work of the past year,
  • Exchange ideas with other PTAs on more than 20 relevant topics,
  • Gather resources and inspiration to bring back to your community,
  • Discuss and vote on Resolutions to guide Virginia PTA advocacy,
  • Discuss and vote on Amendments to the Local/Council Uniform Bylaws,
  • Vote for State Officers for the 2025-2027 term,
  • Connect with more than 30 vendors in our partner hall

Representing your PTA membership at the All-Unit Annual Meeting fulfills an important collaborative aspect of our mission, and is part of your formal role as a leader of your local PTA. Your PTA's budget should include a standard line-item that covers the annual costs of attending Council PTA, Virginia PTA, and National PTA events so that your members voice is heard. We work hard to keep the costs of attending as low as possible!
