To kick off Founders' Day 2024—our annual day dedicated to celebrating our alumni community and supporting the Annual Fund—we are excited to welcome back Beaver alumna Halle Dretler '17 to campus!
Join Head of School Kim Samson alongside EverFree's Co-founder and CEO Kelsey Morgan, and Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager Halle Dretler '17 for a discussion and screening of EverFree's "Reclaiming Freedom," a survivor-led short film.
"Reclaiming Freedom" highlights the resilience of human trafficking survivors who have transformed their experiences into powerful advocacy. The film works toward a world where freedom is a reality for all and challenges common narratives about exploitation. It spotlights a transformative shift from rescue-focused efforts to survivor empowerment.
