The American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012 was signed into law on January 2, 2013 and purports to make permanent many of the favorable tax reforms enacted since 2001.  During the webcast, our presenters will address the impact of the new tax law and other recent developments and discuss creative and practical techniques for estate and charitable planning today.
