Introduction & Opening Remarks with John Wilkin, CEO, Lyrasis, and Michael Atwood, Senior Director, Ebooks and Community Engagement. 


12:30 p.m. ET

State Stakeholder Panel: We’ll be joined by state library partners to discuss their experience with The Palace Project and its role in their digital collections strategy.


1:35 p.m. ET

Sustainable Content: Learn about exciting digital content options available to Palace partner libraries. We’ll discuss unique licensing terms, relationships with library-focused publishers, and the work we’re doing to advocate for the library community in the digital content space.

2:40 p.m. ET

Community-Driven Development: An overview of the ways in which we incorporate community feedback into the growth and future planning of The Palace Project. Hear about the feedback review and development processes, our public roadmap, and the community groups guiding us through it all. 


3:40 p.m. ET

Palace Community in Focus: Hear from your peers! We’ll be joined by library professionals actively promoting Palace to their communities to discuss challenges, impact, and promotion.


4:30 p.m. ET

Academic Libraries Panel: We’ll be joined by key stakeholders leading the movement for Palace in academic libraries. They’ll discuss their experiences piloting Palace and how they’re laying the groundwork for future libraries to follow in their path.
