Ad for Virtual Learning Community Book Group. Open to first 100 registrants.
Dear Colleagues,
 
Registration is now open for the Virtual Learning Community Book Group experience hosted by University Equity and Inclusion. Staff, faculty, and students from all chancellor-led units and central administration are invited to register. Book discussion groups will be spaces to help individuals develop skills and unpack challenges to fostering a respectful community by enabling participants to practice thoughtful interaction across difference with the book as a guide.
 
All participants will receive a hard copy of "What If I Say the Wrong Thing?" by campus mail prior to the second session.
The Virtual Learning Community (VLC) will meet from noon to 1 pm on the following Thursdays via Zoom:
 
October 5, October 12, October 19, October 26, November 2, and November 9.
 
Registration closes on Sept. 22.
