Laurie Bishop is a Managing Director and Wealth Management Advisor at OpenArc Corporate Advisory, where she joined in 2025. Prior to this role, she was a Financial Advisor on Merrill Lynch’s Global Corporate & Institutional Advisory Services (GCIAS) team, serving corporate executives and institutional clients with a focus on strategic financial planning and long-term wealth management.
Since entering the financial services industry in 2006, Laurie helps individuals and families identify and pursue their most important financial goals. Her areas of expertise include investment planning, retirement preparation, education funding, tax minimization strategies, and comprehensive wealth management. She is known for developing personalized strategies that help support financial well-being and the preservation of wealth across generations.
Laurie holds a Master of Business Administration from Mercer University and a Bachelor of Business from Georgia Southern University.
Outside of her professional life, Laurie enjoys spending time with her husband, Kenny, and their two sons, Kolt and Brody.

Yaniv Rubina serves as Senior Vice President, Executive Relationship Manager at OpenArc, where he leads strategic initiatives focused on executive services, participant education, and human capital solutions. With over 15 years of experience in financial services, Yaniv has built a career centered on enhancing the executive and participant experience across retirement, equity compensation, and financial wellness programs.
Throughout his career, Yaniv has held leadership roles in operations, compliance, and relationship management, consistently driving innovation and service excellence. His expertise spans full outsourcing strategies for Equity Compensation Plans, 401(k), Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation (NQDC), Defined Benefit (DB), Corporate 529, Healthcare Savings, and 10b5-1 trading plans.
Yaniv is a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor and Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist. He holds FINRA Series 7, 66, 24, 9 & 10 registrations, is Six Sigma Green Belt certified, and earned a B.S. in Finance from Florida State University and an MBA from Jacksonville University with a concentration in Leadership.
Outside of work, Yaniv enjoys spending time with his three children (two daughters and a son), playing guitar and piano, and cooking for his family.

Pete Sereno works with key employees and executives affiliated with the corporations supported by OpenArc Corporate Advisory, as well as their families and close connections. He assists with equity compensation strategy and execution, concentrated stock positions, and goals-based wealth management. By taking the time to understand each family’s current situation, needs, and aspirations, Pete and his team tailor and implement a financial strategy and wealth management plan that reflects a deep understanding of their goals.
Pete brings over 20 years of experience in consumer finance and holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor TM designation. He earned a BS in Finance from the University of Central Florida. His previous roles as a consumer lending manager, private banker, and community bank vice president enable him to take a comprehensive approach when advising clients.
Pete has been happily married to his wife for 23 years, and they live in suburban Atlanta with their six daughters. In his spare time, Pete enjoys participating in his family’s scholastic and extracurricular activities. He also likes yard work (yes, he enjoys mowing the lawn!), watching sports, fishing, and both coaching and playing soccer.
