Known as “The Emerald Barn,” the office was the first historic landmark building in the Commonwealth to achieve LEED Platinum certification and was featured as one of Virginia’s 25 Must-See Buildings by USA TODAY Travel. The former trolley car barn was built by the Richmond and Chesapeake Bay Railway in 1907 and has since been repurposed into an innovative and dynamic workspace.
