Prior to joining Guild Mortgage, Mr. Horn’s experience consisted of over 30 years in executive operational and sales management, including serving as the Assistant to IBM’s Chairman. In addition, Mr. Horn was formerly the Chairman of SeaPar Ventures, an international merger and acquisition firm, and CEO of Liberty Financial Group.

In addition to his management role at Guild Mortgage Company, Mr. Horn currently serves on the boards of four outside companies. Mr. Horn has demonstrated management experience and has expertise in developing and executing major policies, programs, and objectives. Mr. Horn holds a B.A. from Taylor University.

Roger R. Blier
CEO & Co-Founder, Passport Unlimited

Roger is responsible for the vision and strategic direction of the Passport Unlimited Corporate and Lifestyle programs. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Blier and Associates from 1981 to 1997. Passport programs are offered in major US cities and reach a client base of over 40 Fortune 1000 companies. From 1997 to 1999, he was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of EmployeeSavings; he was instrumental in obtaining major Fortune 500 companies as its first clients. At Blier, he founded, developed, and launched retail marketing programs for Texaco, Inc., Mobil (now ExxonMobil Corporation), Chevron Corporation and the Shell Oil Company. During the same period, he founded and launched Passport Unlimited, a nationwide dining membership organization which serves more than 28 US markets, over3000 participating restaurants,3000 local and national vendors, and 700,000 professional members across the country.
Chef John Howie
Chef and Proprietor, John Howie Restaurant Group

Chef John Howie’s restaurants, ranging from casual, scratch-cooking establishments to fine dining. In recognition of being chef and proprietor of some of the Seattle Area’s most prominent restaurants, Chef Howie was nominated Outstanding Restaurateur by the James Beard Foundation Awards in 2013 and has been invited to be guest chef at the James Beard House on five separate occasions. Chef John Howie is also the co-owner of the Wildwood Sprits Co., located in Bothell, Washington, that produces award-winning craft spirits using a local farm to distillery approach.

Stephen Macdonald
