Welcome Johnel Roberts, Program Manager!

We're excited to welcome Johnel Roberts to Alray as our new Program Manager!

Johnel joins us with more than five years of nonprofit experience, most recently serving as Director of Mentoring at Young Soldiers Success Group, a youth mentoring organization in Salem, MA. A 2020 graduate of Stonehill College, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Business Management with a minor in Communications, Johnel is passionate about youth development, mentorship, and helping students make the most of their college experiences.

As a first-generation American and college graduate of Afro-Caribbean heritage, Johnel brings a personal connection to the importance of educational opportunity and mentorship. We're thrilled to have him join the Alray community!

Be sure to say hello and give Johnel a warm welcome at our upcoming Holiday Party on December 5. We look forward to introducing him to the Alray community!

You can reach Johnel at jroberts@alray.org.
