Bridges Society and Women's Leadership Council members are invited to join Tocqueville Society for a lively discussion with Nish Vartanian and Stephanie Scullio, this year’s Campaign Co-Chairs and esteemed members of the Tocqueville Society.

Candid Conversations provide a deeper understanding of what motivates our area's leaders to engage with United Way. As internationally recognized corporate leaders, they will share insights on the power of giving and the personal journey that has led each of them to become the inspiring leaders and philanthropists that they are today.

Nish Vartanian

As Chief Executive Officer of MSA, Mr. Vartanian oversees MSA’s global business, managed through the company’s two primary business segments: MSA Americas and MSA International. In this capacity, Mr. Vartanian is responsible for all MSA business initiatives, strategy development, and operations throughout North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. He has served as a director of MSA since 2017 and was elected Chief Executive Officer in May 2018. In 2020, Mr. Vartanian was elected Chairman.

Over the past decade, Mr. Vartanian has held roles of increasing responsibility, including President and Chief Operating Officer, President of MSA’s Americas business segment, and President of MSA North America.

Stephanie L. Sciullo

Stephanie is President of the Americas for MSA Safety, responsible for overseeing all of the company’s business interests in the United States, Canada, and Latin America, totaling over $1.2B in revenue. Stephanie is also the executive sponsor and spokesperson for the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility strategy, known as our “Safety Impact Strategy.”

Prior to her current role, Stephanie most recently served as MSA’s Senior Vice President & Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Social Responsibility & Public Affairs, overseeing global legal, governance, risk and compliance, product safety, crisis management, and intellectual property functions.
