Due to pandemic restrictions at the state capitol, Emergency Medicine Days 2022 will be a scaled-down, hybrid event spanning multiple weeks. Visits with legislators will take place in Tallahassee with a select number of FCEP members while legislative briefings for all members will take place virtually.
Zoom meeting details will be emailed to you upon registering for each virtual legislative briefing. Please add the event(s) to your calendars.
"If you want to make change, this is where it starts: at a small table where you talk about issues and meet people who are experienced, who know how to go about making change and who to talk to bring about change."
- Dr. Damian Caraballo
It's #GivingTuesday!
Donate to our Political Action Committee
Help us fight for pro-emergency care legislation by donating to FCEP’s political action committee (PAC) with a monthly or one-time contribution. All funds are used for supporting pro-emergency care candidates so the right policies are enacted for patients and physicians every year.
FCEP is a 501(c)6 nonprofit organization and contributions are not tax-deductible. All donors are recognized for their generosity in EMpulse Magazine every quarter.
"These things that we accomplish, we don’t accomplish in a day. We don’t accomplish in a week. It takes years of relationship-building to build up the credibility to go up to somebody and tell them what they don’t want to hear, even when it’s the truth. Especially when it’s the truth."
- Dr. Vidor Friedman
