What is the Special Needs Conference?
The Special Needs Conference is a free yearly event coordinated by The Law Offices of Hoyt & Bryan. This year it will be held at One Senior Place in Altamonte Springs along with a virtual stream. Sarah AuMiller, one of our board-certified attorneys, leads this conference in hopes of educating families with special needs family members on how to plan and the many benefits to planning. The main point being Special Needs Planning. Special Needs Planning is a form of estate and financial planning designed to provide for and protect a beneficiary with special needs while preserving entitlement to needs-based public assistance programs, if any.
