Lynsi Snyder-Ellingson's grandparents, Harry and Esther Snyder, founded In-N-Out Burger in 1948 and to this day, the business remains privately owned and operated. Lynsi began working as an Associate in 1999. She is deeply involved with every aspect of the business. She is a visionary and servant leader committed to maintaining and enhancing the well-being of the entire In-N-Out family which now numbers approximately 30,000.
Additionally, Lynsi directs and helps to oversee all of In-N-Out’s philanthropic efforts through the In-N-Out Burger Foundation – which was started by her Grandma Esther and Uncle Rich – and the Slave 2 Nothing Foundation – which was started by Lynsi and her husband Sean Ellingson. Lynsi is a devoted wife and proud mother of four beautiful children.
Sean Ellingson has always been energetic and athletic, both in mind and body. He comes from grandparents who started a church in the Los Angeles area in the 1950’s. Sean knew the Lord Jesus was the only way to God, but he was deeply affected by addiction and the dysfunctions that were prevalent in his family. After the overdose and death of his brother, aged 22, Sean realized that he needed a big change or his life would be tragically cut short. He joined the army and served in Iraq as a scout. Sean committed his heart fully to Jesus and experienced deep healing and hunger for God's word. He then met Lynsi and knew that God had brought him a partner for life. Sean is a gifted leader, teacher and compassionate but strong mentor of men. He adores his beautiful wife Lynsi and is very engaged in being the best father.
