ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Katie Litterer is the Program Manager for Family Partnerships, part of the Office of Experience, at Boston Children’s Hospital.
In her role, Katie works to weave the voices of patients and families into improvement efforts across her organization. She coordinates the Boston Children’s hospital-wide Family Advisory Council, E-Advisors Program and provides support to the many population-specific advisory groups at Boston Children’s.
