It is made from regular sand and a couple other ingredients. From there, you can have a sand that stays nice and packed when untouched, but once you pick it up it just seems to melt in your hands. If this seems like a craft you want to make, come join us at the Rockford Library! For ages 5 to 15. Limit 16. Registration required. Sponsored by Rockford Friends of the Library.
