2025 Cap-to-Cap Policy Priorities

In just a few days, we will head to Washington, D.C. together for the 53rd Annual Capitol-to-Capitol Program.

As one united Capital Region delegation, we will work to advance the investments, policies, and partnerships needed to grow our economy, strengthen our communities, and elevate our region’s competitiveness.

This year, our delegation is championing three key regional priorities:

• Advancing and Strengthening Infrastructure Investments and Connecting Capital Communities
• Building the Capital Region’s Workforce
• Cutting Red Tape to Expedite Projects and Increase Economic Efficiencies

These priorities reflect our shared commitment to building a stronger, more resilient, and more prosperous Capital Region.

Know Before You Fly

Metro Chamber and I.S. Tours staff will be at the airport to assist with flight check-in and other travel needs. Please wear your name badge so staff can identify you quickly and assist you with check-in. 

We recommend you arrive at the airport two hours prior to departure to ensure you are on time for boarding.

United Airlines ticket counters will have a dedicated Cap-to-Cap check-in lane on group departure dates.
