Fitness Center

Our vendor will be out today to repair the recumbent bike. We have also ordered new parts for one of the treadmills. We hope to get that repaired in the next couple of weeks as well. The treadmill can still be used in the meantime. 

To ensure proper deep cleaning of our fitness center, we plan on closing the space for several hours once a quarter. We will be sharing a tentative schedule with the community and will provide proper notice prior to each cleaning.

String Lights

The timer for our string lights over the lawn is no longer functioning so we have scheduled an electrician to come out and replace the timer box.

Sidewalk on Deerpath Dr.

The excavation project for this area will begin next week. Please continue to use caution in this area.

Greenspace off Palmetto Drive

We are aware of the damage to the greenspace due to an approved home modification project. We are working with the homeowners and the contractor to ensure the space is restored to its original condition.
