Neptaly started his hospitality journey at a very young age for his family owned and managed Tour Operator Company “Bahia Travel” based out of Cortes, Honduras CA. Neptaly has been part of hospitality industry for 24 years, working for Hilton, IHG, Marriott brands in LATAM and took a leap of faith to move to NYC 18 years ago where he started working at Starwood Hotels. Neptaly has been at Expedia Group for 12 years, where he is currently an Expedia Group Senior Area Manager based out of New York City.
