You are a leader in your community. Many look to you for ideas and action on the next best things for your community to move it forward economically and culturally. Water is key to EVERYTHING we do. There is not a business, a home, an investment portfolio, or a government institution that can operate and flourish without enough clean water. And, that water must not only be in our the pipes leading to and from where we live, work and play daily, it must also be in our rivers and creeks, swamps and marshes. The more you know about it, the better off your community will be.

Inspired yet? Want to learn more?
The  Institute for Georgia Environmental Leadership (IGEL)  invites you to an educational session to explore the future of water resource management in Georgia.
Join us for a discussion with your fellow community leaders – including those in business, government, philanthropic, non-profit/advocacy, religious, and education sectors – about an issue at the heart of our economic and environmental sustainability as a region and state.
This interactive program – one of a series of invitation-only events being conducted with leaders like you around the state – will educate about the water issues that face Georgians. It will empower attendees to make more informed decisions in their businesses, organizations and communities, impacting local and regional economic development, conservation, and water policy.
