Save the date! WH's Annual Meeting is April 18!

All members are invited to Wright-Hennepin's 87th Annual Meeting on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at WH headquarters in Rockford, Minn.

Registration will begin at 4 p.m. Preregistration is not required.

Do not miss the fun activities, great prizes, valuable updates about your cooperative, and a free pork chop dinner!

Free pork chop dinner

Join us for dinner!

We'll be serving a free pork chop dinner from 4:30 - 6:45 p.m.

Booths, bingo, butter!

Attendees can play bingo for prizes 4:30 - 6:45 p.m.

Members can also enter to win gift card prizes at the informational booths. Booths will be hosted by WH member services, the Board of Directors, WH Security, Great River Energy, and more.

Members who stay through the business meeting will also receive a free pound of butter.

Children's activities

Bring the kids (ages 4 to 10) and drop them off in the children's area for free games and activities! The area will be open from 4:30 - 8 p.m.

Kids can also enter to win one of four bicycles.

Business meeting and Director election

The business meeting will be held from 7 - 8 p.m.

During the business meeting, members will hear from WH leadership on the cooperative’s 2023 financial performance and what is in store for 2024.

At the end of the business meeting, WH will announce the results of the Director election for Districts 1, 3, and 9.

Can't attend in person? Watch live on Vimeo. Livestream attendees can enter to win one of two $50 bill credits. Entry instructions will be provided during the livestream.

Grand prize

Members who attend the Annual Meeting are automatically registered for the grand prize: a 2012 Ford F150 4x4 retired from WH's fleet.

NOTE: Must be present until the end of the business meeting for a chance to win the vehicle.
