Save the date! WH's Annual Meeting is April 20!

All members are invited to Wright-Hennepin's 86th Annual Meeting on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at WH headquarters in Rockford, Minn. Registration will begin at 4 p.m. Preregistration is not required this year. The meeting returns at full-scale for the first time since 2019! Do not miss the fun activities, great prizes, valuable updates about your cooperative, and a free pork chop dinner! Annual Meeting details

Free pork chop dinner

Join us for dinner! We'll be serving up a free pork chop dinner from 4:30 - 6:45 p.m.

Booths, bingo, butter!

Attendees can win prizes by playing bingo, happening 4:30 - 6:45 p.m. Members can also enter to win gift card prizes at the informational booths. Booths will be hosted by WH member services, the Board of Directors, WH Security, Great River Energy, and more. Members who stay through the business meeting will also receive a free pound of butter.

Children's activities

Bring the kids (ages 2 to 10) and drop them off in the children's area for free games and activities! The area will be open from 4:30 - 8 p.m. Upon signing in, kids will be automatically registered for the chance to win one of four children's bicycles.

Business meeting and Director election

The business meeting will be held from 7 - 8 p.m. During the business meeting, members will hear from WH leadership on the cooperative’s 2022 financial performance and what is in store for 2023. At the end of the business meeting, WH will announce the results of the Director election for Districts 2,5 and 7.

Grand prize

Members that attend the Annual Meeting are automatically registered for the grand prize- a 2013 Ford Fusion retired from WH's fleet NOTE: Must be present until the end of the business meeting for a chance to win the car. Annual Meeting details
