The Office of Multifamily, Development Division invites you to a stakeholder engagement meeting with the Urban Institute regarding the Neighborhood Opportunity, Housing Needs, and Neighborhood Change Indices for the 2026 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) and other programs.

In this meeting, the Urban Institute will discuss their methodology and output of the following:

Neighborhood Opportunity Indices (General Occupancy and Senior)
Housing Needs Index
Neighborhood Change Index
