BLOUNT MANUFACTURING WEEK, OCT. 3-7

Governor Bill Haslam proclaimed October 3-7 as manufacturing week in Tennessee. Manufacturing week is an opportunity for all manufacturers across our great state to celebrate and inform Tennesseans of all ages about the importance of manufacturing in Tennessee. The Blount Partnership is proud to join a number of partners including Governor Bill Haslam, Commissioner Randy Boyd of Economic and Community Development and the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Tennessee Manufacturers Association and the Blount County Chamber of Commerce in celebrating Tennessee Manufacturing Week. Across Tennessee, manufacturers play a vital role in our state's overall economic health. This year, Blount County decided to celebrate Manufacturing Week with a series of events honoring manufacturers.
