As President of the California Judges Foundation (CJF), the giving arm of CJA, I wanted to personally invite you to the first ever joint Gala hosted by the California Judges Association and the California Lawyers Association (CLA) on Saturday, September 17, 2022 6:30 – 10:30 p.m. in San Diego!

The proceeds of the Gala will go to each Association's respective Foundations. For CJF, the money raised will help fund deserving court programs throughout the state that promote public trust and confidence in the court, as well as provide scholarships to some of the best and brightest law students in the state demonstrating financial need. 

And, for all you fans of the hit comedy show, “The Office,” the Gala will feature the Emcee talents of Andy Buckley who played David Wallace, the CFO of the fictional Dunder Mifflin Paper company, opposite Steve Carrell.

I do hope you can join us for what promises to be a great time to catch up with colleagues and to socialize with members of the bar, while also contributing to the important work of the California Judges Foundation.
