We are excited to host our next hybrid Patient Information Update from Halifax, NS. Follow the links below to register and join us in person or virtually.

For in person attendees, there will be an opportunity for dialogue with Board members and other patients and caregivers that are present. We want to hear from our members to learn about your experiences and priorities in the Atlantic region.



There will also be a Q&A session with our presenters and speakers after the presentations.
