RLJ Entertainment, the entertainment company distributing content mainly in North America, the U.K. and Australia whose chairman is BET founder Robert Johnson, announced it has finalized a $65 million investment deal that gives AMC Networks the option to take a controlling stake in the company down the line.

As I started speaking with more women, especially women of color, I found that most had encountered peers who subtly or overtly implied their gender and/or race had resulted in a positive hire. For many, these feelings caused self-doubt, anxiety and in one case, depression.

America will need to fill 1 million more STEM jobs than we will produce professionals in the next decade. And although we are among the world's largest importers of technical talent, demand for these skills far exceed supply.
