July 1, 2023

On this long holiday weekend, I am called to reach out and encourage each of you to make space for rest. It is often too easy to spend so much time on the go that we return from long weekends less relaxed than before they began. I urge you all to carve time into this weekend to relax and revitalize yourself for the week ahead. Whether it’s spending time in nature, meditating, curling up with a good book, or simply slowing down your pace – I hope you all create space for meaningful rest.

We have quite a few Young Adults’ Events in the upcoming weeks. I hope to see you all soon!
