Fall Timing/Davening Changes
Don't forget to Change Your Clocks - Sunday, November 3rd! ⏰
Two items related to daily Minyanim in the morning and in the evening:
-
With the clock change now upon us (Sunday, November 3rd), we will be moving our Shacharit Minyan on Mondays and Thursdays to 6:45am, in an effort to accommodate those who have been inquiring about an earlier Shacharit time. We will begin this on Monday, November 4th. We hope this will encourage greater participation & attendance at Shacharit in the early morning Minyan.
- Also, with the clock change upon us, there has been interest in bringing back our late Maariv Minyan. To see if we have the critical mass of people necessary to convene this Minyan, please fill out this form to indicate your interest in a late Maariv at 8:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday.

i-Shine 2024-2025
i-Shine, a Chai Lifeline program designed to meet the unique needs of elementary and middle school-aged children living with loss or illness in their families, will be returning to Westchester Day School starting Wednesday, November 6, 2024 from 3:30-6:30pm. We meet once a week on Wednesdays. We are once again looking for drivers to transport the kids from their respective schools to WDS and then back to their homes at the end of the session. We are hoping to need you to drive only once a month. Please email Daphne Rawson (drawson2@verizon.net) or Linda Zucker (linda.zucker@gmail.com) if you can be an i-Shine driver this year.
