As Gabriel expresses below, there is often a fine line between homeless youth and their peers. “Homelessness can happen to anybody, especially right at the transitional age. Most come from foster care. If you’re not careful about your decisions and go right into school or working, you can easily become homeless.”
Our work meets youth at this critical stage between adolescence and adulthood. We ensure they have medical and behavioral health support, case management, and various housing supports that help them secure a pathway toward their own homes.
