October Volunteer Event: Bellevue Urban Garden
Sunday October 28th
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Bellevue Urban Garden

Summer's over, but the YMF is back with more events! Join us as we kick off the new  volunteer season with the Bellevue Urban Garden on  Sunday October 28th from 2-4pm.

We will help create a beautiful food forest, so dress for outdoor work (comfy clothes you don't mind getting a little dirty, closed toed shoes, sunscreen and/or rain gear in case of rain). If you have your own gloves, feel free to bring them! Depending on who can come, we can try to coordinate carpooling.

There are still some spaces left, so please let  Shirley (shirleywuy@gmail.com) know if you're interested in joining!

Younger Members Who Boulder Together Stay Together
Saturday, November 10th,  5:00 PM
Wednesdays, around 5:30 PM

Get active with your fellow engineers and try out bouldering! Bouldering is a great full body work out and no knowledge of harnesses or fancy knots is required. A group of engineers has been meeting up at SBP already and are looking for some more people to join on a more regular basis. To get things going, there will be a kick off event on Saturday, November 10th at 5:00 PM. A beginners class is at 5:30, and the class and shoe rental are free with the purchase of a day pass for first timers.

Contact Leo Moyer at  moyerl@gmail.com  to RSVP for the Saturday kickoff. Questions about bouldering, ask our expert, Eric @  ericknigge@gmail.com . SBP's website:  https://seattleboulderingproject.com/index.html
