Recent Ribbon Cutting at LaChance, Inc.
Were you aware that LaChance, Inc. (Carolyn's Tax Service & LaChance Locksmith) moved? It's been a minute, but we were excited to visit with Carolyn, John, Jodi, and Larry January 8th before and after a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate their new location at 22 Crane Street in Park Hills. Aside from viewing their new home, those in attendance enjoyed a look at several collections of antique locks and locking devices, an antique drafting table that came from Central High
School long before the construction of the new auditorium, some beautiful antique photographs, and even Carolyn's pretty cool Garfield collection!
While there, we learned that at LaChance, Inc., you can have your taxes prepared, get your locks changed, have some pretty interesting keys made, view some really cool antiques, or just visit with some incredibly nice people!
Please join us in congratulating Carolyn, John & the entire crew at LaChance Inc. on their new home! If you haven't been there yet, you should go! You'll be amazed! Located at 22 Crane Street in Park Hills, you can contact them at 573-431-1117 or

4 Simple Ways Successful People Build Awesome New Habits
By: Jeff Haden, Contributing Editor, Inc.

To build a better business, start by building a better you.
As an entrepreneur, you are your business, so doing just what you've done before will only make you less productive, less effective, less healthy, less fit -- less everything - than you could potentially be.
The growth of your business is at least in part based on you: improving your performance, increasing your output, focusing even more on the things that matter most....
The solution? Build great new positive habits.
Here are four easy ways to build new habits from Belle Beth Cooper, co-founder of Hello Code, which makes Exist, a cool app that connects all of your services to turn that data into insights about your life -- think a quantified self on steroids.
1. Start small.
BJ Fogg is the king of starting small with new habits, and his program Tiny Habits focuses on this approach. The idea is to focus on building the habit itself, rather than worrying about how big the impact is.
- Here's a good example: Say you want to start a habit of flossing your teeth every night. To build a successful habit, start with something tiny: flossing just one tooth. I know it sounds crazy, but it works. If you're building the habit of flossing just a single tooth each night, three things will happen:

Worst Websites of 2015 and How You can Learn From Their Mistakes
By: James Hurmiz, Founder Online Technology World
Remember the website designs of the 1990s? When Flash, GIFs, and first generation HTML were the main characteristics of websites at the time? Well, these days have gone, and design has evolved thanks to Web 2 and the new generations of HTML (HTML 5) and CSS (CSS 3). But unfortunately, some websites are still stuck in the 1990s, with ugly design, too much information in one page and poor quality images.
Here are the 10 worst websites of 2015 and how you can learn from their mistakes.
What we learned:
Design matters:
The look and feel of your website really matters. We are in 2015, not in the 1990s, so keeping your website design up to standards is really important. Simply ask yourself, how long would you be on the websites mentioned above? Not for a long time, that's your website's fate if you don't follow the design rules.
