IN OUR PRAYERS

  • We hold John Farris in prayer as he faces health concerns. May he be surrounded by God's healing love, sustaining strength, and comforting peace.

  • Our prayers are with Sheb Swett's sister, Kismet Lantos-Swett, as she undergoes a series of tests to better understand some complex medical concerns. We pray that Kismet and her family may be surrounded by love and support, and that they may know God's comforting presence and abiding peace throughout this time.

  • We pray for Liz Nabholz who lost her beloved father on the 4th of July. We pray that God's peace, which surpasses all understanding, will sustain Liz and her family, and that they may find comfort in cherished memories and the hope of Christ's resurrection.

  • Our prayers are with Lori and Chris Godwin's son and daughter-in-law following the heartbreaking loss of their baby through miscarriage. We pray that they may be surrounded by God's love, comfort, and peace as they grieve.

  • Nursery caregiver Delmi Zapet, a long-time caregiver in our church nursery, has shared that she recently lost her full-time weekday job. In addition to a request for prayers for her and her family, Delmi asks that if anyone knows of possible employment opportunities she would be very grateful. Please reach out to Rev. Anna Grace Claunch or to Betty Roodal in our church office with any recommendations.

All are invited to join our LAC Mission Partner, the STEM Alliance for the Co-Op Summer Enrichment Open House!

experience Co-Op learning in action and its impact on our local community.

Through a brief presentation and tour, you’ll witness the spark of learning and

curiosity from the students, the passion and creativity of the instructors, and

the supportive, fun nature of the counselors.
