It’s almost time! After months of preparation, we are just five weeks away from heading to Washington, D.C., as a united regional delegation—for the 53rd time since 1970.

This year’s program saw the earliest sellout in Cap-to-Cap history, a testament to the energy and commitment of our delegation. As we prepare to engage with policymakers, we do so at a pivotal time, with new opportunities to drive meaningful collaboration and advocate for the policies and funding that will propel our Capital Region forward.

Whether you're reconnecting with longtime colleagues or forging new partnerships, our leadership team is here to support you. We are committed to ensuring your Cap-to-Cap experience is impactful and productive.

Your Pre-Flight Checklist

First-time Cap-to-Cap attendees are encouraged to attend our Freshmen Orientation on Friday, April 25 from 8:30 am - 10 am (breakfast will be served at 8 am). We will run through all the "need to know" information to ensure you're ready to make the most of this year's program. There is ample parking available around the building.

Packet pick-up will be Monday, April 28th - Friday, May 2nd at One Capitol Mall, Suite 310. Packets will include relevant program information, travel documents, name tags and more.
