5-star Care Continues to Grow in Your Public Hospital District

At Island Health, we take pride in being your dedicated healthcare partner, committed to providing essential services for our community. We are thrilled to share that this summer, Island Health was recognized by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) as a 5-star hospital for the third consecutive year for quality outcomes and patient experience! We are the only hospital north of Seattle to receive this rating and one of only seven hospitals in Washington State. This highest designation puts us in the top eight percent (8%) of hospitals in the United States, and it is a testament to our ongoing commitment to excellent patient care. This commitment is only made possible by your unwavering support.

As a Public Hospital District, our mission is to serve our residents and our surrounding communities. If you've been seeking care outside the community, we urge you to give us the chance to keep your care close to home. Island Health is here to provide the same high-quality services locally, with the convenience and support you deserve. With the addition of six new primary care providers over the last year, two new pediatricians, two new OB/GYNs, a new urologist and a new psychiatrist, we have expanded access to healthcare right here in our community. We are excited to onboard several more providers in 2025 to continue to grow our specialty services.

Our dedicated 5-star team is committed to meeting your needs. Your health and well-being are our top priorities, and we're excited about the future at Island Health. We want to express our gratitude for your unwavering support. Thank you for allowing Island Health to be vital to your healthcare journey!

Sincerely,

Elise
