Cracking a successful Labelexpo formula
François de Beer (RotoControl) and Michael Aengenvoort (Rotocon) with Devlin and Wade Brodowicz of Pinetown-based Blue Print Labelling. The brothers recently invested in a Rotocon Ecoline RSD 330 die-cutting/inspection machine.
Contributing to ROTOCON’s success at Labelexpo Europe was the expansion of our Ecoline brand of finishing equipment into the European and North American markets under the RotoControl banner.

Four Ecoline machines were demonstrated live in Brussels!

Several of our principals were exhibiting, and many South African printers made the journey to attend the show.

With ten deals signed, it was ROTOCON’s most successful sales result ever at Labelexpo.
 
VR Print invests double in digital
Ventured into the digital printing market is VR Print, having invested in a Screen Truepress Jet 350UV+ and an Ecoline RDF 330 digital printed label converting and finishing system.

Their new digital press enables VR Print to provide the pharmaceutical market with variable data printing, opening up new opportunities to print individual lot numbers, QR codes, or to incorporate anticounterfeiting measures.

Built with extensive modularity, the integrated platforms of the ROTOCONTROL DT-340 finishing line with Screen’s Truepress Jet L350UV+ series offers printers advanced options in combining digital and flexo print, LED UV curing, and label embellishments.
